The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • Which Service Do You Recommend For First Time Clients?
    A Deep Clean is recommended for all first time cleanings by PRETTY CLEAN. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a standard Regular clean.
  • Do I need to be present during the cleaning service?
    It's not necessary for you to be present during the cleaning service. Many of our clients provide us with access to their homes or offices, and we take great care to secure your property while providing our services. We also vet every member and conduct a thorough hiring process to ensure client safety and security!
  • Can I customize the cleaning services to fit my specific needs?
    Absolutely! We understand that every client has unique requirements. You can customize our cleaning services to meet your specific needs by discussing your preferences with us. Call or send us an email and we will go through our consultation process.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We proudly serve the GTA and surrounding. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to assist.
  • Do you provide cleaning services on weekends and holidays?
    Yes, we understand the need for flexibility. We offer cleaning services seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate your schedule. Booking is closed on the website on Sundays but contact us for availability.

Payments Accepted

We accept Debit, Credit or deferred payment through ETF and cash at the time of online booking. Please note if you are paying with ETF or cash a 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking 

Billing & Pricing

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Requirements:

  • Standard Cancellation Notice: To cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we require a 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled service time.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost.

  • No-Show: If no one is present at the scheduled service time, or if we cannot access the property due to lack of coordination, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Rescheduling:

  • Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your cleaning service at no additional charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling within 24 hours of your service time will incur a 50% fee of the service cost, based on the original appointment.

Emergency Cancellations:

We understand emergencies arise, and we will do our best to accommodate. In case of an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to reschedule or make adjustments.

Refunds:

  • If a cancellation is made in accordance with the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued for prepaid services.

  • Refunds will not be provided for late cancellations or no-shows.
